Our printing methods
We employ different printing techniques depending on the material/colour of the garment used, type of artwork and the quantity required.
- Direct To Film (DTF) Printing – This is the most modern addition to garment printing. The quality and colour vibrancy is second to none. Great for short to medium runs with a quick turnaround.
- Full Colour Digital Transfers – With the rise of advanced modern digital presses, digital transfer printing is a viable and quality printing method for short to medium run white or light-coloured garments. A special transfer sheet is printed using a digital press and the image is then transferred onto the t-shirt using high heat and pressure.
- Vinyl Flex printing – A very versatile technique usually used for single colour lettering or logos onto workwear, t-shirts and hoodies. We use a cutting plotter to cut out lettering and logos from a heat sensitive vinyl material (known as flex). The flex is then bonded to the garment using a heat press. A wide range of spot colours and speciality colours such as Day Glow, flourscent, luminescent, sparkling holographic are available.
